We love good coffee. We love Sicily. We love hundred year old businesses that do things the right way, the slow way. This coffee is kissed with the glorious sun of Sicily and slow roasted so that it is rich and fragrant. Not a trace of bitterness. We go to bed thinking about the cup we’ll have in the morning. The bricks are espresso ground, we use them for espresso machines, Moka Pots, pour-overs like Chemex or Melitta. If you have a grinder you know what you’re doing.
Little dessert idea. Vanilla ice cream sprinkled with fine espresso grind and doused with scotch or bourbon.
